Police
Did you know that if you get pulled over by the police for something being broken on your car (e.g. cracked bumper, broken or burnt out lights, etc.) you can get out of the ticket if the cop car shares a similar problem? This was tested successfully in the state of Illinois, it may work in your state also.

Have your spouse drive the car registered in your name and you drive their car. If a traffic camera takes a picture of a man driving a car registered in a woman's name (or vice versa), they send a "nomination" instead of a ticket. (Question: How does one tell the difference? Answer: Tickets have the court's phone number and address whereas nominations say "do not contact the court"). In short, nominations ask you to snitch on the driver captured in the photo. However, since you are not obligated to do so you can ignore it and nothing will happen (i.e. you will not have to pay the fine).
I did this, it works, I have the "nomination" to prove it! To read more check out www.highwayrobbery.net!

In many jurisdictions - including new york city - in order for the police to arrest you for drug use, they must confiscate the drugs as well. No drugs, No arrest! Therefore, if you are using drugs illegally, you should do it over a sewage drain. That way, if the police try to arrest you, just drop the blunt down the drain. In order for the police to arrest you, they will need to go into the drain to retrieve that - and they never will.
