Did you know that if you get pulled over by the police for something being broken on your car (e.g. cracked bumper, broken or burnt out lights, etc.) you can get out of the ticket if the cop car shares a similar problem? This was tested successfully in the state of Illinois, it may work in your state also.

Free motorcycle parking is as easy as removing the license plate. Just be sure to not park in a tow away zone. You can even get away with parking on sidewalks with this tip. After speaking with a small sample of city employed (parking ticket writers) meter maids, I found that most of them are reluctant or even scared to look for the VIN number on a motorcycle / scooter because they do not want to be accused of touching (e.g. potentially damaging) the bike. Note: This works in New York as well.
Have you ever been at work and updated a blog, commented on an article or updated your Company's website only to see the change wasn't being displayed? This may be caused by your Company's proxy-server saving a stale version of the webpage. Pressing the refresh button only affects your browser's cache, not the server's. To fix this you'll have to press the ctrl-key and the refresh button on your browser to make it load a fresh page.
